§ Conducted a comprehensive GAP analysis of the existing health and safety practices, identifying
gaps and charting a multi-pronged remediation strategy.
§ Drew on OHSAS 18001 to perform a baseline audit (GAP Analysis) to understand current status
and depth of the HSE Management System. Used subject matter experts to develop and revamp
SOP’s.
§ Harnessed expertise to guide and direct the senior management team on regulatory requirements;
additionally, serves as the key liaison between the company and government inspectors.
§ Charted standardization and improvement plans to align HSE practices with corporate programs
and objectives, as well as to meet government directives and drive continuous improvement.
§ Built and deployed an Emergency Response and Crisis Management Plan, training all key
