Improved internal productivity of the Finance Division by analyzing and reviewing the existing issues, and implementing a “Zero

representatives were selected from over 1,800 applicants each year. Selected representatives worked in retail stores and
restaurants and participated in a13-month “Work, Learn & Live” cultural exchange program at Japan Pavilion at Epcot or Walt
Disney World Resort.
Developed and completed a Guest Service Enhancement project of “Hospitality with Sincerity” at a retail store and restaurants
of the Japan Pavilion at Epcot, Walt Disney World Resort to provide the highest quality of Japanese Authentic Hospitality
(“Omotenashi”). In 2008, the Japan Pavilion was recognized as a business model with the highest evaluation in guests
service measurement within Walt Disney World Resort by WDPR.
Developed and implemented business IT systems throughout the corporate business infrastructure, including UNIX based
real-time Merchandise and Food & Beverage Inventory System to maximize productivity and efficiency of the company’s
operations.
Spearheaded and successfully completed over $18M in Business Renovations and a Re-development Plan at Japan Pavilion
at Epcot, under brand new business concept of “Virtual Travel Experience to the Land of Harmony”. These efforts fulfilled a
contractual obligation with WDPE, as well as improved the profitability of operations. Retail store and overall restaurant
performance in the Japan Pavilion improved by 320% in 3 years.
Expanded new business opportunities and channels by sponsoring a Japanese National Soccer Team during their stay in
Orlando during Atlanta Olympic Games in 1996. These efforts earned the recognition from key business units, including City of
Orlando, State of Florida, MOIAC, FIFA, USOC and/or JOC.
Took initiatives and completed an internal “Loss Prevention Enhancement Project”. The project included Facilities Improvement,
Operations Safety Enhancement, Food Safety, Products Integrity and OSHA Standard Enhancement.
Directed and managed Retail and Food and Beverage Operations of Japan Pavilion at Epcot, to maximize financial profits by
430% during the past two decades.
