SKILLS

• Continues Improvement and team development

In my current position I am responsible for directing several different ownership teams to

achieve our common goal of high reliability

Develop Process and TWS(Technical Work Sheet) and OPL (One Point Lesson) to help

streamline department related tasks and ensure repeatability.

Mitigate for the various ownership teams when communication would break down

Through the ownership teams and redefined maintenance strategy we had a record breaking

year in MTBF and MTTR

Through a new approach to how work is scheduled and planned we dropped our

Maintenance cost per run HR about 40%

• 5S

Developed 5S programs for the Maintenance shop and related areas, these included daily

tasks, shadow boards and tag systems for sustainability.

Completed several Kaizen Blitz on several systems to cut waste and improve overall functions

of each system.

• Safety

I have a 0 accident record

I have been well trained and even provided training for Confined Space, LOTO, arc flash, hot

work permits and Hazmat Response

I was chosen as the night shift Emergency Coordinator for the ST George Ice Cream Plant

• Personal Development

I have been to many training sessions on crucial conversations, critical thinking and problem

solving.

Our team has worked very hard to remove the barrier between departments (production vs.

maintenance) and it has had a tremendous impact on the way our plant runs.

I believe that building strong teams is the only way to achieve and maintain success.
