Job Objective
To ensure the entire product leaving the bottling plant conforms to the
specification through assurance of various process parameters and
inspection. The Line chemist manages the Quality control tests, Container
Preparation, Carbonation & proportioning & filling and system
documentation as per KORE requirement.
Job Functions & Responsibilities:
> Direct responsibility for conducting & conforming to all finished
product parameters.
> Direct responsibility for conducting & conforming to all package
parameters.
> Direct responsibility for conducting the SPC studies by calculating
the Cp & Cpk values.
> Direct responsibility for implementing quality management systems.
> Direct responsibility for effectively implementing the calibration
program in plant related machines and equipments.
> Direct responsibility for the conformance to the bottle washing &
inspection program.
> Direct responsible for ensuring effective running of EBI and
performing required test bottle run at defined frequency.
> Direct responsibility for the conformance to GMP specifications of
plant.
> Direct responsibility for the conformance to the cleaning &
sanitation of plant.
> Direct responsibility for the issue of final product specifications
and mixing instructions.
> Direct responsibility to document, implement and monitor a quality
assurance system in accordance with KORE system norms.
> Direct responsibility for product identification and traceability.
> Direct responsibility of quality tests related to product quality.
> Directly responsible to prevent, control and minimize impact of any
activity interacting with environment and in safe conditions.
