- Keenly oversee and resolve all internal and external personnel issues, vehicle pursuits, risk management concerns,

budget overtime assessments, and deployment operations

- Initiate and manage comprehensive reports and projects, including district-wide safety surveys, strategic decision-

making initiatives, and departmental issues resolution to support the promotion of a safe and secure environment for the

community

- Routinely inspect, audit, evaluate, and review operations to maintain compliance with departmental policies and

accreditation standards

- Develop and revise weekly, monthly, and annual reports on law enforcement operations

- Implement law enforcement strategies and policies, as well as city, state, and federal laws and statures to maintain

community safety and security

- Render expert oversight to the operations of all personnel to ensure the implementation of law enforcement policies and
