of assistant manager and advanced to production manager.

Build and lead production team to double production

efficiency and composite company that now exceeds a 74+

million in annual sales. This was accomplished through

proper selection of management staff and production team,

team building, development of policies and procedures,

improvement of process flow and reduction of bottlenecks,

goal setting and follow through, payroll time recording for

associates in Paycom and Kronos, and constant improvement

through R&D. I also held positions of Mill department Mgr,

Supervisor and Special projects performing and overseeing

of; training and re-training of associates, development

standard operating procedures manuals, assisting in the

development of new production plant, by research and

development of new equipment such as extruding and

embossing units, working with and assisting company

engineers with the upgrade and improvement of equipment

tools and process. Obtained vast knowledge of various

machine operation such as CNC machine, drill press, mill

moulder, extruder, embosser, mixers, and various material

transfer systems.
