Aided the deployment of soldiers by preparing wills, powers of attorney, living wills and
advance medical directives, and by assisting in the execution of those documents.
Singlehandedly organized and prepared eight quarterly training briefings presented to
the Senior Executive directly resulting in the allocation of quarterly training funds.
Managed my unit’s ammunition account to ensure availability for all areas of training
while preventing excess at the end of the fiscal year. Managed my unit’s military
schools program by enrolling soldiers and monitoring success for soldiers’ promotion
potential.
Provided dedicated Girl Scout leadership by: organizing weekly meetings, developing
and implementing lesson plans and craft projects, processing Special Events
paperwork in a timely manner, and managing the troop’s budget.
Demonstrated the natural ability to quickly learn new software and to train others in its
use. Generated accurate, timely invoices for the foreclosure, bankruptcy, evictions and
deeds-in-lieu departments. Ensured that all invoices are properly integrated into the
clients’ web-based invoicing programs or mailed out in a timely manner when such
system is not available. Provided valuable follow-up to insure payment of invoices.
