$300MM in upcoming maturities, attracting 85% participation from bondholders.
Supervised public relations and investor relations. Increased financial disclosure consistency to improve
company’s following from analyst community. Coordinated public relations messaging leading up to and
during company’s bankruptcy filing.
Created hedging program that reduced price risk exposure and earnings volatility through use of swap
instruments. Managed accounting treatment of program consistent with FAS 133.
