underwater rescue, search and recovery, land search, low angle rope rescue,
and swift water rescue.. CDART is a volunteer non-profit organization that
assists the York County Office of Emergency Management, rescue squads, law
enforcement, and Red Cross in the Carolinas. The Carolina Dive & Rescue

Directing 12 - 35 associates in a 3-shift work environment. Responsible

division. In a pick, pack and load automated distribution center.
Working with Warehouse Management Systems such as vocollect voice pick, RF

1999-2006
As 3rd Party Liaison Supervisor, I directed the efficient and cost-
effective pick & pack operations of a 350K sq. ft. 3PL Distribution Center.
With a management staff, of 12 managers and 250+ associates in a 3-shift
operation. This was a new start-up DC.
* Reduced supply cost by 10% by negotiating with local vendor.
* Started Furniture Repair program and saved ~$40K in lost sales.

1980-1985
Responsible for the day to day operations including; safety, driver
training, dispatch, scheduling, P & L, DOT regulations, the management of
three supervisors and seventeen drivers for a three-shift operation.
Additional responsibilities in accounts payable, payroll, workman's
compensation, vehicle maintenance, backhaul revenue, and customer
relations.
SUPERVISOR, Served as a Security, Warehouse, and Transportation
supervisor s managing all related tasks for that division. The duties

log review of drivers, and insuring the security of this twenty-four hour
