Oct 12 – Present Sr. Business Analyst/PM – Equity Derivatives Middle Office

• Lead STP (Straight-through Processing) project globally to provide efficiencies within Equity Derivative Middle Office. Perform

analysis on all Equity derivative products, inclusive of documenting steps Front Office performs to book and enrich trades in the trade

capture system, as well as approve cash flows in the Risk/P&L system and the back office Settlements system. Track the progress of

each product based on priority, ensure plan/timelines for STP status.

• Lead implementation of the Equity Swaps and Equity Synthetics (i.e. Equity Forwards) to STP globally across Front Office trade

booking, Middle Office, and Settlements Operations.

• Projects lead for Operations across Rates, Credit and Equity OTC Derivatives Settlements. Delivered strategic projects and small

enhancements that provide efficiencies and implement controls for Settlements Operations.

• Lead the Finance Target Platform project, specifically for the Commercial Card Business. Work with various functional units and the

reference data team, as part of the Enterprise wide conversion from legacy General Ledger system (‘GLAS’) to target platform (SAP);

specifically the FI and CO modules.

• Coordinated the Chart of Account mapping exercise from GLAS to SAP, with the business and the Reference Data team.

• Lead preparation of test scripts/cases in Mercury Quality Center. Tested the expected results (input) to the actual results (output) that

involved extracting Trial Balances from SAP FI and comparing to the upstream business intelligence tools such as Hyperion Essbase

plan to manage project efforts and track milestones, adhering to the project delivery framework (PDF).

• Developed a good understanding of Treasury Management products – DDA, ACH, Wires, BAI2 format files, Liquidity Sweeps, to

draft business requirements/rules on the cross-impact of downstream applications.

• Provide dashboard metrics in Microsoft Excel, to senior management on the fulfillment and escalation statistics of client accounts and

holdings.

• Lead the incident and resolution tracking at the ‘Command Center’- event management for the LIVE conversion of clients from BNY

to JPMC.
