Maintain status-tracking system on all enlisted assignments and create
computer listings and career briefs. Provide technical guidance on
enlisted assignment programs. Key point of contact for enlisted assignment
actions. Train personnel on programs in-accordance-with Department of
Defense regulations. Implement and enforce programs and guidance across
the board. Counsel enlisted personnel on career progression and
