• The team at store # 1342 surpassed stores sales vs. last year by 10.2% on DIY
making close to a 500 million dollar store. On the commercial side we increased
6.8% adding close to half a million dollars to our store sales. We increased our
HUB utilization up to a 9.2 % adding additional sales through the stores in the
district. We scored a low shrink projection of .03% saving the company a very
good significant amount of money
• Rolled out a successful plan to staff stores in rural areas in the district using our
HUB program
• Coached and trained 4 store managers and they have successfully contributed to
company goals and standards
• Coached, trained and developed over a handful of CSR into a management
position making sure we continue to up hold the company’s standards and culture.
