Sr. Vice President and General Manager, duties: 2007 to 2014

• Manage 18 employees and all facets of operation and administration of a multi million

dollar community comprised of 5,400 units, one Community Park with pool area,

5 Boater Parks.

• Supervision of staff and sub contractors, Job bids and specifications.

• Implementations of board policy, Committee Coordination, correspond with community

attorney and advise Master Board, attend mediations hearing.

• Prepare yearly cash budget for Master Association

• Coordinates preparation of agenda for Master Board, attends meetings of the Master

Board of Directors and Annual or Nominations meetings.

• Provides management report to Master Board of Directors with recommendations, as

appropriate, to enhance community appearance and values.

• Assists in preparation of the Annual Budget.

• Attend monthly Fine meeting and mediation hearing for the Master Association

• Manages work load and delegates responsibilities to ensure productivity levels and

deadlines are being met by each property managers.

• Answers questions and provides guidance and mentorship to staff.

• Resolves resident dissatisfactions by investigating complaints, implements appropriate

solutions, enforcing residency rules.

• Perform monthly inspections on 1,454 units,

• Provide monthly violations report to each Board President.

• Prepare/complete weekly pool inspections for each community.

• Prepare monthly Fine Log Book with photos for Fine Meeting each month.

• Send outstanding violator with all back up to Association attorney.

• Type, copying, filing violation letters.

• Follow up on resident complaints; return all calls within 24 hours.

• Hire contractors as required, ensure all contractors have appropriate liability/insurance

coverage and License as require by association.
