ACHIEVEMENTS: I was awarded 'Partners of Excellence' award

multiple times for various projects.

. Successfully completed financial projects

involving creation and automation of

complicated financial reports to view ROI

for all clients at a glance. The reports that

took 3-4

days and involved 4-5 accounting personnel

could be created instantaneously and refreshed

on

demand. Further, the future requirement of

data entry was completely eliminated. Several

unprofitable contracts were renegotiated

after the reports' analysis and findings.

. I created scorecards and budget reports for

. I was solely responsible for creating universe

and reports for our Call Center Management.

The scorecard I created helped the Call

Center managers to do performance analytics,

manage

the calls and design effective strategies to

improve performance. It brought consistent

to key call performance metrices such as

average call handle time. The CMS managers

reported

a YTD 6% decrease in this critical statistics

after implemengtimg the scorecard.

. I created and automated many telematics reports,

most important being reports for excessive fuel

consumption because of speeding and idling.

these reports saved our clients thousands of

dollars per year. Some of the reports I created
