Project 1:Dealer Station is an application which is used to develop instruments for Vodafone dealers for selling Vodafone products

Cards). The Vodafone dealers are the core sales channel that sells products and services. There are business channels which are

supported by Dealers which have access to all the functionalities of the Vodafone for selling their products. Through the Dealer

Station web site, dealers can access to functionalities such as: -Customer subscription; - SIM activations; - Post activation

functionalities; - Back office functionalities.

Project 2: CCM/BESFO, ClarifyCRM 12.5, Amdocs product, is used by all the Vodafone Italy call centres for the customer

and back end activities for a contacting customer. The order Management for the 3G products of Vodafone is done by BESFO

system which is a subsystem of CCM.

Project 3:OCA/OAG: Omnitel Customer Administration is one of the applications used in the Call Centers. It allows operators to

manage information about customers, stored in CCBS database. The application is a front-end tool to manage information regarding

customers, SIMs, MSISDNs, services and their functionalities, (the interface management with the network), calls, bills, and, in

general, everything about the customer management and the CCBS system.

Object Analysis Group consists of a set of services offered to the Call Center and VO channels that are used to perform operations

on billing objects, customer and other features. OAG has been built as a centralized server, thus making it possible to lower impacts,

costs of initiatives to canvass and ensure the integrity of DB CCBS for billing, rating, provisioning and other subsystems. This

system structure avoids repeating the same business logic in the different applications.
