Clerks; maint ains log record of movement of money bags and cash funds issued.

Prepares bank deposit s of cash receipt s and makes change funds for cash regist ers.

Cashes payroll checks, personal checks, government checks, travel ers checks and

money orders for authori zed mil it ary and civil ian personnel, assuri ng that proper

identi fi cati on is provided. Checks names against "bad check" lis t and/or social

securi ty number through TRW before processi ng the payment of personal checks.

Make refunds and/or receive money as deposit on special orders or for retur ned

checks, as indicat ed on vouchers prepared by Customer Service or other sales

cage about ATS Softwa re, about Zain and Batelco sales and balance records and

Vending sales and I have to keep and maint ain all the paper works and fil e in records.

About my current job detail s- now I am worki ng 2 shift s normal ly 5.30 am to 14pm

and 8.30 am to 5pm.

In my 8hrs I am doing cash counting cash balanci ng in ATS Softwa re then separat e

sales money and our safe cash and Zain and Batelco sales and Vending coins and

customer coins counting and verif ying and mobil es and make ready cash bag for

tomorr ow for all regist er .

We have more than 45 regist er and more than 15 Zain & Batelco machine.

Required to count 45 regist er cash 2 tim es a day and enter in ATS then balance all

the cash and separat e our daily fund and sales of cash prepared for deposit on Bank.

For counting all the bags by one by one regist er cash separat e all the bill s and coins

and checks and credit card sli p and vendors sli p.

We have more than 68 vending coins machine weekly 4 days we received coins

and bill s for counting and making paper works.

Count vending coins and bill s and right in the paper and enter in regist er then enter

in computer to keep all records.

Have to check and balance Zain and Batelco refi ll cards every day, I have to enter in

excel and giving report daily and monthl y to my supervis or.

I have to place order from Zain and Batelco for downloads vouchers and foll ow up

mail s and issue cards which one customer retur n.

Weekly one day I have to go Bank for our cash sales deposit and make paper works

and mail ing all daily cash sales records to main office and maint ain their records.

Vis it PSD to change the bill s and coins every week or month.

Placing order from Zain and Batelco for vouchers when we are out of stock.

I answer all the phone call s relat ed to my work local and inter nati onal.

and send him back.
