Supervise and offer technical guidance to two team supervisors establishing a Maintenance Readiness Rating
of 92% by proficiently engaging time/personnel management of over 25 mechanics supporting 175 pieces of
equipment.
• Enforce compliance with shop safety program, accountability and use of maintenance hand and shop power
tools with no serious incident in guides with Department of Defense (DOD) and local regulations.
• Perform diagnostic troubleshooting of 35 maintenance tools and equipment to determine maintenance repair
criteria, using Test Measurement Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) specifications determined by DOD.
• Execute inspections on 175 pieces of equipment and annotate on appropriate forms/documents to assist
updating Logistic Information System with applicable data.
• Overseeing emergency assessment, repair and recovery of equipment in hazardous environment to ensure

Trained over 50 Iraqi Army mechanics/soldiers on motor pool operations and vehicle maintenance as part of a
Maintenance Advise and Assist Team (MAAT) in the Al Anbar Provence of Iraq during 12 month deployment
in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom/New Dawn
• Created and organized training material for students and assist with translating using translation software
to optimize the quality of instruction.
