Responsibilities
Repair of customer and dealer vehicles, dispatch work that is assigned to the team, monitor the status and
training of three employees on my team, work with management to ensure that company rules and safety
guidelines are adhered to, complete paperwork for closing and recommending of all workloads
Accomplishments
I was brought on board to take a team that had an extremely high policy (costing the dealership over a thousand
dollars each month due to misdiagnosis and improper repairs) and brought that policy down drastically by
increasing training and maintaining a constant line of communication.
Skills Used
Ability to read, understand and communicate clearly all instructions and directions, ability to think outside
the box and use quick thinking to repair vehicles and equipment the right way the first time, constant use of
diagnostic skills, electrical repairs including wiring soldering and diagnostics. Constant movement and quick

Machinist Apprentice where I learned to use milling machines to create, from schematics, requested parts from
various engineering firms. I Excelled at the position and after a couple months was able to fabricate needed
parts on my own with very little supervision.

Personally responsible for creating a new network design in the network lab classroom which involved the
physical and technical implementation of server systems and routing via Windows Server 2008 R2 active
