Wrote an original knowledge transfer "Management Playbook" for an IT

Quality manager in the Information Governance & Management department.

Job duties included: interviewing senior manager and other key

department personnel in order to capture their subject matter expertise

about managing IT projects (adherence to company methodology, standards,

cost containment, etc). Findings were compiled into an original

"playbook," which is a mixture of a standard operating procedure (SOP)

and training manual. Since the playbook idea was new to the department,

the position required designing an original style template. Also, while

on the project, I proactively created an original flow chart in Visio,

suggested a department branding idea, and recommended an enhancement to

their primary web tool. Job required learning and applying company

methodology (ICE) to System Development Life Cycle documentation (SDLC).
