1983 – 2009
Educator
I held senior leadership and management positions across Canada in the non-profit sector as an
educator and taught on college campuses as adjunct faculty (Masters College in Ontario and
Vanguard College in Alberta)
2010 – 2013
Senior HSE Advisor with Cenovus Energy.
My responsibilities included hiring and developing safety professionals, site security and medics
and directing these teams as they supported the safety initiatives of the business in the field;
Drilling, Seismic, Earthworks, Camps, Operations.
In addition, I directed our safety advisors and medics on a Dewatering Project and a Sky Strat
program in Alberta where our drilling rigs are built in modules and heliported to site.
