P.A.) Employing 3 internists. Responsible for day to
day operations of health center but working full
time as a pediatrician. Clinic had 17 employees
including an Office Administrator.
Sept.1997-Feb.2000 (President & CEO River City Health Care,
L.L.C) An urgent care facility.
Jan.1992-Dec.1993 (President of SRM Medical Group)
1983-1991 (Southwest Medical Group) Promoted to position of
Physician in Charge on new satellite clinic in March
1985; provided quality patient care as one of seven
group pediatricians from 1983-1985. Learned how to
manage a quality care medical clinic.
. Developed new clinic of three physicians and one
Health Center Coordinator into a model clinic with
the best quality care within Southwest Medical Group.
