Key Achievements
• Aid in overall Revenue Assurance process and investigated project invoicing and accrual gaps

provide the background and supporting collateral for customer-facing consultants and sales teams.
Key Achievements
• Helped marketing team to develop a process for handling requests for new service offerings.
• Collaborated on PS Product Capability Matrix.
• Helped establish new standard templates for Statements of Work (SOW) and Sales Order Form (SOF) which
enabled the creation of standard offerings. Standard offerings can be fast-tracked and thus reduce the amount
of time required for the legal review process before final customer signature.
