Public Relations/Marketing Intern
• Composed flyers, Power Points, called local nonprofit agencies, worked on campaigns
• Success Story Campaign: was given the opportunity to communicate and interview
clients from other nonprofits such as Big Brothers Big Sister, American Red Cross, Meals
on Wheels. Within this campaign we wanted to show the community all the different
ways that individuals, families, and children need help with. The ending result was going
to be a video which would get passed along to other nonprofits and conferences.
• Day of Caring: was in in charge of finding participants from within the community,
businesses, and nonprofit agencies. Composed invitations/flyers and e-invites, once all
information was gathered I sorted the participants information win a spreadsheet. Before
the end of the internship program was set up a meeting to show and pass along the
information that I had collected.
