Windsor, Ontario and currently hold 4th class licence from TSSA. Also passed 3rd class exams successfully.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE:

Operating and maintaining of boilers, chillers, heat-exchangers, air-compressor, air-handling

units, and different types of pumps.

Hands on with operating machines like drill press and various hand tools.

Experience with operations from control room like safe start up and shut down of different

systems and equipments like pumps, cooling towers, heat exchangers, etc. and to

monitor such computerized systems effectively

Maintaining boiler log-book regularly and maintaining hourly logs

To check gauge glass, operating of safety valve (try lever test), low water cut-off, high water

cut-off, continuous and intermittent blow-down, in short the main aim is to maintain sufficient

water levels for safety purposes

To maintain heating and cooling requirements of the building as per the season and to

maintain

day by day loads

Skilled in the use of hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments

Able to perform water tests as per the procedure given, some of them are Chlorine,

phosphate,

pH, Alkalinity, Conductivity

Able to maintain required water chemistry of feed-water by external water treatment, and to

maintain desired water chemistry of internal water treatment program

Use of pressure gage, temperature measurement, flow measurement devices and flue gas

analysis on regular basis

Maintaining an inventory of chemical usage, fuel usage and usage of other materials

Knowledge of good manufacturing practice rules, regulations, hazard analysis and critical

control point

Make routine rounds to take various readings and ensure proper operation of all equipments

Responsible for housekeeping duties of entire plant

Perform preventative maintenance, set-up, and troubleshooting of equipment

Well acquainted with various metal machining processes

Skilled in blue-print reading, pipe schedules, flow calculations, different head calculations

Knowledge of basic welding procedures like Gas welding and Arc welding with the basic

metallurgical knowledge

Able to operate the emergency generator when required

Implemented and monitored safety programs, work within dynamics of a group, recognize

and respect people’s diversity, individual differences and perspectives

Lock-Out Tag-out, WHMIS, workplace safety, maintaining workplace fire safety, confined

space safety
