Apart from that, I recently have been developing on BPM for an important bank in Mexico

SOA Services for LATAM (EVERIS)

Everis is a Spanish software services enterprise with presence all around the world,

they created a new architecture support area in Mexico for Latin American

developments.

I was in a BPM area which was an architectural division.

We were struggling for offering advanced solutions in any BPM technology for partners

who need it in Colombia, Chile and Mexico.

I proposed to use a kind of SOMA methodology for SOA and BPM developments and

GNP is the biggest insurance company in Mexico, they identified that advanced

technology usage is the differentiator in the market, they acquired many Websphere

products and services like BPM, JRules, Message Broker, Service Registry and also

created a new development department for this project, so the particularity is that they

are building this project in-house.

I was responsible for modelling and integration of Life Insurance Changes process,

apart from that I was responsible for the creation of utilities mechanisms inside the IBM

BPM Lombardi Suite like:

Also I was an evangelist in the application of best practices inside the BPM Lombardi

to GNP for PMR resolution and best practices application guidance.

As Business Analyst I was responsible for getting requirements from the users based

NAFINSA is a development bank with federal support for those micro enterprises that

are beginning, they offer economical and management help.

My duties were to develop new interfaces from the front-end to the back-end, to build

queries, classes, validations and reports for the SIOR application. Also in each

requirement I had to keep track of changes, unit testing, documentation.

I built complex data queries and store procedures in order to report what it was

necessary for the front-end.

Nextel is the Sprint brand for Latino America for radio communications.

At Nextel I conducted analysis of the problems reported by the support area JRC, I

identified possible causes and made the diagnosis for the solution of each incident.

Once diagnoses were approved, the solution development started.

Tests were performed and evidence were recorded, and finally it was released to QA

(Quality Assurance) department who checked the solution holistically and stress tests

were performed, once changes were approved, they released the changes to

production environment.

PROMAD is a small software company that develops social security software for the State

services like emergency resource assignation.

I was in the development of Web user interfaces (UI) using JSP, Struts, Jboss, as RUP

and design artefacts like sequence diagrams and use cases for the implementation of

Ixe Bank is one of the last Mexican banks, their clients level is higher than other banks,

they specializes in giving premium service, that's why they are always looking for

innovation.

I worked as programmer with Java & Flex, developing user interfaces and classes for

handling business logic.

I developed with the team the Information Executive System for the Business

Intelligence area which offers valuable information like openings of bank accounts,

expirations, checks, catchment analysis by product, currency, etc., everything through

a web interface developed with Flex 2 and using Cairngorm as Actionscript Framework
