Employment History
City of Ottawa Neighbourhood Connection Office 2013
During my internship, I was tasked with drafting documents to provide clarity and direction for the Neighbourhood
Connection Office. These included a Communications Plan for the Vanier Festival of Nations, a “Do it Yourself Press
Kit” and a “Funding Resource Booklet”.
My involvement with the Vanier-Rideau Ward partnership projects also included research for wayfinding signs and
crowdsourcing solutions and media related opportunities.
These resources are intended to give citizens tangible resources to help with their community initiatives.
National Art Centre (NAC) 2009-Present
Currently, my primary responsibility at the NAC Box Office is to make sure that over 4000 patrons are promptly seated
for their show.
As a Box Office Supervisor, I supervise the box office nightly operations, which include: ticket admissions, subscription
services and administrative services. My position demands composure, attention to detail and the ability to effectively
communicate with promoters and marketing officers. My ability to troubleshoot and prioritize quickly has provided the
NAC with the high-end service it expects.
Glue Magazine 2011-2012
During my year at Glue Magazine, the team was responsible in helping to re-brand the magazine and generating an
online presence. I led my sales team by generating 33% of the overall yearly sales goal.
As Account Executive, my primary responsibility was finding new clients to advertise in the magazine and website.

Throughout my ten years at the CMCC, I had the pleasure of working in two world-class museums, The Museum of
