development, Novel Drug Delivery System and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology.

Major skill for operative instruments:

. Dissolution test apparatus, DSC, FT-IR, Freeze dryer, Homogenizer,

Sonicator and other instruments for characterisation of prepared

formulations.

. Good hand on In vitro studies for anti cancer, anti diabetic activity

of synthesized and Natural compounds for their biological activities,

pathway and mechanism establishment during drug discovery.

. Major exposure in formulation and Development of Novel Drug Delivery

System, Pharmacokinetics study by use of CaCo2 Cell line in Gut

mucosa, Protein drug delivery and characterisation, SDS-PAGE, Gel

electrophoresis etc. in Pharmaceutical Technology research.

. Good working exposure with sophisticated instruments like

MultiscanReader-96 well scanner, Fluorescence scanner and Luminescence

scanner, PCR, Fermentor, Gel Documentation system, Leica Inverted

Microscope etc. during research work in Biotechnology.

. Working experience in Microbiological assay as per official standard,

NCCS protocol for formulation testing for their antimicrobial

activity.

. Working experience in MTT and XTT assay for in vitro screening of

various compounds for cytotoxicity activity, ORAC (Oxygen Radical

Adsorption Capacity) test for anti-oxidant activity of various

formulations like cosmetics, foods and other medicines intended for

the same purpose.
