Key member in initiating and growing yearly Girls Camps which focused in
developing self-esteem, healthy relationships, promoting education,
nutrition, and discipleship. The program almost doubled in participation
from 13 in 2011 to 22 in 2013
Administered logistical tasks such as ordering supplies for crafts,
lessons, meals for average team of over 20 people from multiple U.S
churches serving an average of 5 local communities which accounted for over
200 kids
Created daily devotionals and skits, which involved weeks of preparation
prior to the mission trip, to generate ownership among the members of the
mission team so that all would have a role in serving the community

Directed a team of 8 youth leaders in creating a vision for the Oasis Youth
Group which aligns with the vision of the church as of start of 2014, by
initiating new teaching programs, community events, and discipleship

Communicated to the team of 8 leaders through emails and phone calls, as
well as led group meetings to plan events and curriculum.
Planned and coordinated all youth events from 2012 to 2013, which included
youth camps, community outreach, as well as engaged in joint events with
other local and global ministries such as the Pregnancy Resource Center,
Christian Youth Network, World Vision, and Samaritan's Purse

Responsible for stocking and arranging the produce racks in a clean and
appealing fashion, always keeping timely rotation which ensured safety and
customer satisfaction.
Maintained a friendly and happy disposition toward customers, making sure
to greet them and being available to answer their questions or walk them to
find the items they may be looking for throughout the store
Contributed a large number of ideas for improvement, including an
initiative to donate day-old products to local food bank which has been in
place for the past year, as well as improve our inventory methods by
labeling the inventory coolers in a manner that encourages more efficient
produce rotation in the storage area.
Displayed flexibility in taking special projects outside of normal
responsibility such as ordering produce when stocks were running low,
covering graveyard shifts, taking part in quarterly inventory count, and
participating in focus group to develop ideas on how to promote core values
of the store.
