• Administrated company stock plans, ESPP& ESOP as well as quarterly reporting, re-pricing and cancellations.

• Moved 75% of the employee population enrolled in health benefits to a consumer driven plan by establishing a wellness

• Provided guidance to 68 market business managers in 35 states regarding all HR issues.

• Handled all 401k communications, conversion, reconciliation, file loads, loans, and hardship withdrawals as well as

interface with the DOL and ERISSA counsel.

• Managed the accrual process of the self-funded health plan of a publicly traded company of 5000 plus employees

including: lag reports, balance sheets, internal/external audits, funding and financial reporting.

• Created, updated and maintained all job analysis and job descriptions using Mercer data for benchmarking and job grades.

• Acted as back-up to the Payroll Administrator for a multi-state 5000 employee payroll.

• Trained managers on recruiting techniques and interviewing, to assure legal compliance in hiring.
