SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
• Over the last several projects I have collected data used in the complying of, and wrote Use Care Scenarios
and Business Rule Documents (BRD). Using such tools as Visio I have co-authored Functional Design
Documents (FDD), and Technical Design Document (TDD) following the methodologies such as IBM's
Rational Rose, Sun Microsystems' Sunway, and other Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
methodologies. Using project documents, I have created Test Scripts and them in final acceptance Quality
Testing of various client internal software projects. Furthermore employing project documents, and testing
scripts, I have written End User manuals and webinars.
• An online ASP needed a library database of retail consumer food and drug products built and ready to use
within seven months. Due to project scope, lead a team of various disciplines in the development and
implementation of database to support the companies’ needs and clients. Using standards developed for Data
Stewards the team mapped out Logical/Physical models to be used in the development a methodology for
defining Specification and Size Estimates for incoming requests. Completed the project within the allotted
time and 13% under the budget.
• Processed backlogged State of Maine overpayments to Healthcare providers for collection. Completely
cleared six months of backlogged overpayments, then forward them to collections teams returning to the
State several million dollars of spent revenue back to the Maine State Treasury. Ran several data queries, then
used the data to map and balance several receivable accounts across multiple accounting software
environments.
