Accomplishments

I am Resourceful and a Problem-solver. For Example, while working on a

Saturday overtime shift, there were production changes that were to

take effect in our operating system that would determine how the work

would be charged to the receiving banks. The changes did not take

effect correctly and I was able to identify the problem and resolve it

before the work was released. This escalation in turn prompted a quick

response to get the problem resolved first thing Monday morning. The

manager on the shift that day was not familiar with the system and

what needed to be done, so he was appreciative of my problem solving

skills.
