company. The multi-billion dollar project focused on an Integrated

Customer Platform with a goal of broadening business operations and

providing customers the ability to manage accounts on mobile

platforms.

t Led the development and review of digital artifacts such as Concept

Model, Conceptual Flow, Wireframes, Interactive Flows and Content

Control Libraries; striving for process simplification with a "Mobile

First" mentality.

t Conducted 200 "Discovery" interviews with subject matter experts in

approval of a multi-year, multi-million dollar project initiative

focused on the optimization of satellite transmission services and

leveraging the proprietary ESPN global fiber optic network. Created
