Job Responsibilities

. Responsible for integrated distribution planning and inventory analysis

of all the product categories to improve the replenishment process of

finished goods at Glaxo Smith Kline.

. Managing the inventory balancing process as per inventory norms at twenty

depots all over India.

. Ensuring hundred percent dispatch of all promotional SKU's as well as

their freebies.

. Providing a comprehensive movement plan of stocks in excel to Regional

distribution centers and packing sites and replenishing the stocks at all

India depots.

. Monitoring the dispatches and ensuring that critical SKU's should not be

missed.

. Collaborate with order fulfillment & warehouse dispatch teams to ensure

replenishment of demand.

. Work with supply planners and avoid stock ageing by monitoring execution

of stock flow between warehouses.

. Liasoning with freight team to communicate the critical indents and

monitoring them closely.

. Constantly monitor the sales as percentage of forecast and making

distribution decisions accordingly.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -

. Responsible for handling the Supply planning of Industrial paints with

key accounts- Maruti Suzuki Udyog Ltd.

. Improved the customer order fulfillment process by making the right

product available at right time.

. Monthly analysis of customer's demand and which can help drive production

scheduling and proper inventory management/order management.

. Forecasting of all SKU's as per customer's demand, monthly SKU wise

production planning, distribution and inventory management.

. Preparing production plan as per forecast on monthly basis and forwarding

it to our production team.

. Coordinating with customer & own plant for new shade development projects

for grapping new business.

. Meeting the purchase and Paint shop representatives & discuss their daily

paint requirement & placing daily sales orders in SAP and ensuring

minimum delay in supply chain process.

. Coordinating with the line managers of production, warehouse, logistics

team and distribution for the smooth flow of supply.

. Ensure proactive action/escalation of critical issues and communicate

with concerned cross functional departments for timely resolution of

potential issues.

. Regular monitoring of stock level at our plant to prevent stock out

situation of any product.

. Handling of all quality related issues at customer end and sorting it

with technical team.

. Scheduling the production in a manner that products should not convert

into non moving stock.

. Retaining the existing business through Customer relationship management.

. Ensuring minimum OTIF loss.
