administration, revenue management, fiscal planning, and resident and community relations. Duties require

successful collaboration with the University of Minnesota Rochester administrators and private developers to

effectively lease-up, market, and maintain a 99% occupancy while exceeding pro-forma established NOI.

DISTRICT MANAGER (8/10 – 1/11)

The primary role was to manage daily activity and operations of 280 residential and commercial units throughout the

Twin Cities Metro area. Fiscally responsible for budgets, capital expenses, rental rates, leasing, marketi ng,

advertising, unit turnover, and maintenance. I successfully managed the leasing and maintenance staff, while

working closely with corporate administrators, and property investors. During my tenure we increased portfolio

occupancy from 77% - 90%.

APARTMENTS DOWNTOWN, INC. IOWA CITY, IA 8/03-8/10

OPERATIONS MANAGER (8/06 – 8/10)

Direct daily activity and operations of 1200 residential units and 200 commercial units in Iowa City, IA, with an

occupancy rate of 99%. I was responsible for the administration of employees, including the development of

operational policies and procedures, implementation of marketing strategies, programs, policy, construction of

leases/renewals, unit turnover, lease dispositions and contract negotiations. I also worked closely with maintenance
