I have over eighteen years of experience in the human capital management
field where he has had the ability to work in software development, project
and team management along with support of enterprise-wide mission critical
applications. My recent twelve years of experience with the application,
Oracle's PeopleSoft brand of HCM modules and Campus Solutions up to version
9.2x.
Along with this experience I am educated in the processes and functionality
of a multitude of third party applications and the integration experience
that was required to complete my projects, such as talent management,
onboarding and timekeeping systems. I have been educated in a multitude of

Current Role - HR Training Specialist
Staffing - Healthcare Industries, In This position I had the opportunity to
conduct training for Adventist Health System facilities in both the Multi-
state and Florida divisions, supporting the iSynergy ERP and Shared
Services initiatives. The position worked closely with the iSynergy HR
functional directors and staff to develop training curriculum and related
job aids for PeopleSoft HCM v9.2, PeopleSoft CRM HR HelpDesk and WorkForce
Time & Attendance training classes. I performed the delivery of these
training modules and programs that took place at both local facilities and
within Shared Service environments.
My specific job duties include:
Develop and design curriculum and associated training materials, deliver
classroom training on business processes, deliver technical training in a
classroom setting, lead learning workshops, test training materials,
exercises, and data, perform learning assessments for class participants,
facilitate course evaluations, update training materials including
presentations, manuals, online content, and simulations.

I had the responsibility for ensuring the integrity, security,
effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery of services related to the
HRMS. Depending on project scope and complexity, my role as a Senior HR
Analyst was required to engage in multiple projects and/or initiatives with
the expectation to deliver project outcomes and objectives as specified
within the project plan framework or service level agreements.
My additional roles included training on, studying and learning selected
application(s) to optimize new system effectiveness as it relates to
improving existing HR business processes, productivity, efficiency and
quality to maximize the value for all projects. I openly contributed
knowledge and understanding of core HR business processes to ensure
completeness of overall project plan and to minimize risk of missed design
and build-out requirements.
Translating business requirements into application design and identifying
system gaps within the defined scope and project objectives. Assisting in
mitigation of gaps and risks to align system functionality with overall AHS
business strategy. I possess expert-level user knowledge of ERP/T&A
software related to the HR process. Complete internal and external
documentation for project phases of software development life cycle as
assigned. Also assisting in the development of and/or providing input into
the creation of policies and procedures related to system process. My role
also consisted in development of end-user training materials and
train/support designated end-users within implementation timelines. My role
also required I act as consultant to field management and end-users during
implementation roll-out.
Project Planning and Administration: Development of Statement of Works,
Request for Proposals working in the Project Management Office of an
engagement where my tasks included but not limited to: Scheduling, planning
the multiple phase implementations or upgrades based on the software
application and methodology used for the engagements, that several clients
selected. Proficient expert user of Microsoft Project, Visio and Office
Suites. Also guide and review budgets with clients and supporting project
entities to ensure milestones are met. .
Using PMO tools such as Microsoft Project for planning and Microsoft Visio
for process flow development is a skill set I have acquired and has been in
use for the past 6 years in the role of project management.
Methodology and Project Practice: I have experienced several methodologies
based on BEST Practices such as Sapphire, ADDIE, RUP, AIMS, Propel and
AGILE, incorporating them into the discipline of planning, organizing, and
managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific
project goals and objectives.
I used a structured approach that I have used in transitioning individuals,
teams, and organizations from a current state to a desired future state. In
project management, change management refers to a project management
process where changes to a project are formally introduced and approved.
The several types I have experience working with are: Strategic changes,
Technological changes, Structural changes, Changing the attitudes and
behaviors of personnel.
Training Administration and Development - User Productivity Kit
Development: Completed PeopleSoft Certification training in the use and
development of end user training with multiple methods of training
development. Modified Web Learning Training Aids to match customized client

ERP Consulting: Experience in directing client engagements with major

mandates. Having implemented over twenty plus Human Capital Management

compliance with change in state and federal laws. Also worked with global
clients in relation to Safe Harbor Compliance.
Quality Assurance Testing and Planning: Involved in the entire software
development life cycle - monitoring and improving the process, making sure
that any agreed-upon standards and procedures are followed, and ensuring
that problems are found and dealt with.
Production Support: The process and procedural gaps between applications
development, technical support, and operational areas for application
implementation control and support services. Has provided the following
(and not limited to) for identified production and test environments at
client sites.
Application implementation support, problem and change management, analysis
for performance improvements in procedure or application processing flow,
automated scheduling, online report viewing and report distribution, and
statistical trends for receiving Incidents & Requests from end users,
analyzing these and either responding to the end user with a solution or
escalating it to the other IT teams. These teams may include Developers,
