. Assisted with a $30 M Contract construction of a raw water pumping
station with Four Vertical Turbine pumps with 1000 Horse Power motors for
a new Nine Billion Gallons Reservoir, including an inflatable weir in the
Scioto River, a river intake structure, intake piping and channel,
screening equipment, piping and appurtenances, and all associated site
work and utilities including Air conditioning, Gas unit heaters,
Dehumidifiers, Pressure tanks, 10 HP Air compressors, Furnace and Hot
water heater at the pump station site.
. Administered installation of major capital equipment in Industrial
setting. Coordinate contractors for needed improvements and changes to
accommodate new equipment. Negotiated best prices with contractors to
control costs Monitor scheduling and assure timeliness of project.

Southerly Waste Water Treatment Plant, Jackson Pike Waste Water Treatment
Plant,
S76 Sludge Thickening Improvements and Renovations,
. Administered a $60 M Contract replacing the four aged activated sludge-
thickening centrifuges with gravity thickeners. Project interchange
includes the thickeners feed pumps and its associated piping, polymer
feed system, wash water piping, instrumentation and controls, thickening
sludge wells, filtrate pumping system and odor control system. This
process will result in centralized operation that will increase
efficiency.
J209 Skimming Concentrator System Improvements,
. Oversaw a $5 M contract consisting of installation, production, startup
of new skimming concentrator and their mixing units, transfer pumps,
grinders, skimming reticulating pumps and its associated piping, variable
drive frequency units and related electrical and mechanical apparatus in
order to monitor and operate all equipment from remote location.
J210 Skimming Concentrator System Improvements,
. Administrated a $45 M Contract in order to perform installation,
production, startup, testing and commissioning of mechanical, electrical,
and fluid assemblies with the purpose of upgrading aeration system and
final clarifiers to increase its process capacity from 40 Million Gallons
per Day to 60 Million Gallons. This Project consisted of the
rehabilitation of 5 secondary clarifiers and various hydraulic and its
associated pipeline improvements, including modifications to air
throttling operation, upsizing influent pipes, providing larger flow into
aeration tanks with the installation of six new pumps, additional relief
pipes, and advance diffuser's air system improvements.

. Supervised construction and modification of a $15 M Contract consisting
of upgrading capacities of effluent pump station and the disinfections
chlorine storage tanks from 100 to 150 Million Gallons per day.
Jackson Pike Waste water Treatment Plant, December 1, 2007 - June 30, 2008.
. Administrated a $2 M Contract consisting of mechanical configuration,
repairs, and assembly of two Methane Digesters for Fuel Gas, including
operation repairs, installation, production, startup, testing and
commissioning.
Southerly Wastewater treatment Plant, November 21, 2006 - November 30, 2007
. Conducting operations installation, production, startup, testing and
commissioning of mechanical assembly to be completed on two discrete
contracts consisting of Contract S65, A $51-Million Dollars Raw Sewage
Pump Building, and contract S67 A $45.8-Million Dollars Screen and Grit
Facilities Projects. These critical projects met the City of Columbus
Consent Order with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) by Dec
31, 2007.
S 65, Raw Sewage Pump Building.
. Supervised installation of four raw sewage pumps with capability of
displacing 400 Million Gallons of fluid a day with 1250 Horse Power
motors, operating with variable frequency drive units. It also included
installation of four mechanically cleaned bar racks system, sluice gates,
four 54-inch diameter magnetic flow meters, instrumentation and control
systems, plumbing, Five Million BTU's HVAC, and electrical systems
including an 8000 kilovolts emergency generator.
S67, Screen and Grit Facility.
. Oversaw installation of four perforated panel screens and Grit separation
units, four 25-foot diameter grit tanks with propeller/impeller and drive
units, eight-recessed centrifugal grit pumps and their associated
instrumentation and control systems. Administrated installation of
project's plumbing, installation of 87000 square feet of cooled and
conditioned space from 5 Acre (218000 square feet) between both
contracts, three Eight Million BTUs of Natural and supplemental Methane
Gas WEIL- McLAIN heating boilers units, and electrical systems including
Variable Frequency Drive and 15000 KVA MCCs. This contract also included
construction of the Odor Control Facility with control fans and
bioreactors.
