integrated residential real estate brokerage (franchise and company

Responsibilities include the management of Credit and Collection for
GMAC Real Estate franchised operations with 550 franchisees and over
15,000 agents nationwide and company-owned operations in Chicago,
Boston, Metro New York and San Francisco. Credit underwriting and
deal structuring includes new franchisees, mergers, franchise and
company owned acquisitions and start up ventures. Management
responsibilities also
include the Credit and Collection for GMAC Global Relocation which
primarily consist of fortune 500 companies. Formulated process and
established all existing underwriting and approval guidelines for
GMAC Real Estate and Global Relocation, inclusive of policies and
