website will accurately determine body composition, VO2max, maximum heart rate, and target
heart rate zones. Members can save this data as well as fitness related activities such as aerobic
and strength workout logs, and eating patterns. The website will then generate reports (charts and
graphs), based on the saved data and allow the member to compare details of their fitness
activities against key fitness level indicators (body composition, VO2max, etc.).
