. The Fedwire Funds Service is the Federal Reserve's large-
dollar electronic payment system. Funds Settlement
Modernization Program was established by FRS Wholesale
Product Office to migrate and enhance legacy mainframe
processes that require replication on a distributed
framework (Java/AIX/Oracle/MQ/Websphere/Connect Direct).
Funds Settlement included Account Balance Services
enhancements and National Settlement Services integration.
Funds Settlement included an implementation of real time
monitoring and final end of day settlement of Funds
transactions in Depository Institutions Accounts. Fedwire
is designed to be highly resilient and redundant. Fedwire's
average transfer values are several trillion dollars per
day. Funds Settlement required integration and regression
testing of over 20 interfacing Bank applications.
. Project Management Responsibilities include:
. Time Management: Project schedule development and
elaboration, rebaseline, resources leveling, weekly
monitoring and control session across Service Delivery
Organization (SDO). Chair weekly Status Meeting across
SDO's. Tools Include: MS Project MPP, PowerPoint, Plan on a

. Scope Management: Creation of best practice change
management procedures. Chaired weekly change control
