Career Summary:

Over 25 years of commercial construction experience, including several years of field experience as a Project

Superintendent and over twenty years as a Project Manager and/or Estimator. As a Project Manager,

successfully achieved construction of over fifty projects from the ground up, within or under budget and before

job deadlines. Projects included, but not limited to, shopping centers, restaurants, department stores, medical

buildings, banks, grocery stores, climate controlled storage buildings, a two-story motel, schools (including

safe rooms, gymnasiums, cafeterias, media centers), churches, truck stops and warehouses. Also successfully

completed numerous remodels and expansions, including fifteen Wal-Mart’s and twenty Sam’s Clubs. Was

instrumental in growing a start-up company from a $3 million business into a $10 million business in the first

two years of employment.

Over the past ten years, due to the poor economy and off and on downturns in construction, have taken

whatever positions were available in locations near family.

Superintendent Atlas Construction, Oklahoma City, OK 5/12 – 5/14

Construction of 38-acre soccer complex, estimated at $5.2 million, consisting of 18 soccer fields, 1

baseball diamond, 1 basketball court, 2 playgrounds, a concession stand with restrooms, 16 shade

structures, storm water system, and 3 parking lots.

Construction of two new school buildings totaling 65,000 SF including media center, cafeteria/kitchen,

gymnasium/safe room and band room/safe room, estimated at $12.5 million. More than 50% a Design

Build project.

Project Manager/Estimator Nashert Constructors Inc., Oklahoma City, OK 10/10 – 4/12

As Project Manager, successfully completed $4 million elementary school including kitchen, cafeteria

and classrooms/safe rooms. Negotiated and hard bid construction and re-modeling projects for schools

and churches.

Project Manager Nabholz Construction, Tulsa, OK 3/08 – 6/09

Successfully completed construction of $6.5 million, 26,000 square feet, two-story Science & Math

college classroom facility, including a sky-bridge and second floor student balcony.

Sr. Estimator Cowen Construction, Tulsa, OK 7/07 – 2/08

Successfully negotiated and hard bid both tenant finish and ground-up construction projects, including

churches, medical office buildings, public schools, and shopping centers.

Manager of Pre-Construction Services Rentenbach Constructors, Hurst, TX 7/05 – 5/07

Performed duties of hard bidding, conceptual pricing and negotiating, successfully managing projects

in TX, AR, OK, MS and LA, including shopping centers, churches, CarMax Auto Super Stores, Belk

Department Stores, and warehouses.
