Comp & Benefits Manager - Company closure 9/30/2014
. Benefits - Responsible for management and on-going administration of
all benefit plans including medical, dental, life, and disability.
Identified Plan Documents and policies that were missing and/or
outdated and updated accordingly. Implemented an Online Benefit
Enrollment tool for employees. Assured company was in compliance in
the area of Health Care Reform. Lead RFP process for Stop Loss and
Workers Comp carrier.
