applanation tonometry. Taking visual acuities. Instillation of ophthalmic drugs and knowledge of their actions.

Dispensing hard & soft contact lenses. Visual field testing on the following instruments: Goldmann perimeter, and

Humphrey field analyzer. Knowledge of common visual field defects. Counseling patients on care at home for

conjunctivitis, injuries, and post op care. Maintaining medical equipment and supplies.
