system is computerized and leading to new innovative. Major
organizations host this service of HRMS. It inherits all the
properties of computerizing a system like fast recovery robustness,
flexibility, scalability. Today's trend demands high rate of HRMS as
the organizations growing in exponential form and maintaining employee
records.
Project Title: "PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS OF WEB SEARCH ENGINE"
Brief Overview of Project:
In internet a wide range of web information increases rapidly,
user wants to retrieve the information based upon their preference using
search engines. So we have improved the search accuracy by means of
separating the concepts into content concepts and location concepts due to
the important role location information plays in mobile search. Then we
organize them in ontology to create an ontology -based, multi-facet. More
over the fact is that different users and queries may have different
emphases on content and location information, we introduce the notion of
content and location entropies to measure the amount of content and
location information associated with query.
