Duties

1. Ensuring customer satisfaction

- Repair and service the full range of Bell equipment on customer site as

per latest

RSG on bell intranet.

- Repairing as per Bell recognized repair service manual

- Striping, assessing, quoting, repairing and complete accident damage

and rebuilding machines.

-rebuilding components, including engine, t ransmission, axles, pumps etc.

-Diagnosing and repairing drive line, cooling fuel, air and hydraulic

components.

-Plan for parts and equipment required for specific repairs.

- carrying out basic welding, i.e. arc and oxyacetylene and brazing

- Conduct P.D.I, basic repairs and component replacement, working in an

environment with no workshop

- L isten and take note on customer quires

- Reporting to customer before and after job completion

- G iving feedback to Bell Service Manager on job cards / verbally on any

f urther

defects.

2. P LA N N I NG AND SCHED U L I NG

Complete all relevant paperwork correctly and on t ime e.g. job card,

service report,

t ime sheets, recommend service guide, installation certificate, product

i nformation
