1. Fundamentals of Physical F itness
Managed the exercise routines; improved their health and quality of
l ife by incorporating moderate physical activity into their lives.
P rovided them with a list of health benefits that regular physical
activities can offer them.
2. Fundamentals of Dance
Taught the students with the basic of dance. Allowed them to partake
i n dance classes ranging from increasing your amount of daily
exercise to making new friends with shared interests. Developed in
t hem the skills in dance which can also be valuable t ransferable that
can be applied to any career path and the confidence they gained
t hrough achievements in dance helps to build social skills, increase
self esteem and the ability to communicate well in a group.
3. Swimming
P repared the students in learning the basic skills of swimming.
A llowed them to explore the water because Swimming works
p ractically all of the muscles in the body (if you do a variety of
s trokes) aside from that, letting them engaged in Swimming
developed their general strength, cardiovascular fi tness and
endurance.
4. Sports
Supervised and t rained the students in learning the basic skills in
p laying Volleyball, Table Tennis, and Badminton, made them aware
of the rules and regulations of the abovementioned games and the
benefits that they can derive when engaging into sports.
Choreographed and P roduced Signature University P rograms
and in the process developed in me time management and pro-active
d iscipline, aside from that, it boosted my confidence and self esteem in
b ringing out my creative juice in the field of dancing and choreography.
T rained/Advised University clubs and cultu ral groups w hich
built my leadership and interpersonal skills. The proper way of handling
conflicts was also developed in me along with my subordinates.
Competed in and outside the school and brought home the Trophies are
some of the achievements.
Hosted Signature Events
T his boosted my communication skills and the ability to organize my
t houghts in few seconds. Making me developed the grace under pressure.
