QA Analyst

Allconnect® is a leading consumer services company based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Allconnect helps consumers make wise, cost-effective decisions by explaining the options,

service plans and service providers available across a broad array of home services including

home phone service, cable, satellite, high-speed Internet and communication bundles. Through

its integration with a variety of service providers across the US, Allconnect allows consumers to

order or switch services with a single phone call or online transaction.

I have joined Allconnect as QA Analyst and got involved in testing core business

applications. I am responsible for testing Encore which is a fulfillment application, Concert an

order creation system, Data ware house management system and Customer Care application.

Also I am involved in backend testing. Business transactions were highly complex in nature,

understanding core business was essential in my role. As I got more involved in working on

applications my role got expanded as SME on few applications, by which I was able to ramp up

new QA and development resources on to the project.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Moxie is a full-service digital agency. As Digital agency projects, majority of projects

were implemented with cutting edge technologies. Some of the projects which I worked at

Moxie are Verizon Wireless, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Girl Scouts and Pennington. My

role as QA tester involved creating scripts, executing ad-hoc testing to meet demanding testing

schedules.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepared test cases and test scripts for Girls Scouts, Verizon, Pennington and Children Hospital of

Atlanta.

Ad Hoc testing of web applications, Native Apps and Web Sites for Children Healthcare of

Atlanta.

QA tester

Mobile Browser version of B2C web site was developed for automobile parts company. I

was involved in developing scripts and testing application compatibility with various devices.

Second phase of the project involved in developing iOS native (IPhone) application. Created test

scripts and tested IPhone application on various versions of IPhone. Manual testing process was

used throughout the project.

Tours Limited,Duluth,GA Feb 2011 till Aug 2012

QA/BA tester

Client Details (Tours Limited): Atlanta based group tours organizing company, Tours

limited Works with many tours companies around the world to organize and execute group

tours around the world. GT Organizer is web based application which was designed to

track group tours.

The requirement documentation for this project was not well defined. My initial role

on this project was to validate the requirements against developed application and prepare

Software requirement specification document. Identifying requirement gaps with Business

owner document workflows for the teams. Worked as SME on some of the modules.
