NYCBC, ASCE 7 and AISC.
Demolition of partial lower level 1 also required analysis and design of a new support steel frame to brace basement wall as per
AISC.
Analysis and design of a five story tall vierendeel truss which supports the new LED sign from 3 rd to 8th floor as per NYCBC,
ASCE 7 and AISC. Coordinated design and supports with LED sign support engineer.
Created calculation packages for city entities review and approval as per NYCBC, ASCE7 and AISC .

Analysis and design of a five story above ground and three stories below grade ventilation facility for LIRR on East Side Access

Analysis of the building with response spectrum because of plan and stiffness irregularities using ETABS . Lateral system consists
of infill masonry shear walls, where shear walls keep changing their locations on plan from floor to floor.
In charge of Coordination of structural drawings and issues with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and geotechnical
departments.
Analysis and design for the ground floor which has a 60’X40’ recreational park with 4.0’ of soil with water feature supported on
the steel framing with multiple trucks using the floor for removal of garbage and maintenance .
Analysis and design of a twenty-nine story tall utility shaft attached to 300 park building for lateral support only and a three story
entrance structure with K-12 bollards to serve multiple trucks.
