Supplied support to other facility HR Managers and Representatives (1000+
employees) to ensure consistency and continuity of HR policies and
procedures within Arch Coal. Forecasted, recruited, hired, and on-boarded
professional and skilled labor workforce to fulfill the manning of several
complex sites. Conducted market research and analysis regarding hourly and
