Was transferred to this location from Ben Creek Complex due to exceeding

goals and expectations. Accountable for instituting several HR policies.

Supplied support to other facility HR Managers and Representatives (1000+

employees) to ensure consistency and continuity of HR policies and

procedures within Arch Coal. Forecasted, recruited, hired, and on-boarded

professional and skilled labor workforce to fulfill the manning of several

complex sites. Conducted market research and analysis regarding hourly and

salary compensation to stay competitive and retain employees in a dynamic
