Human Resources Director, Operations
DCH Health System Tuscaloosa, AL 2011 to Present
Sets the strategic direction for HR operations with direct oversight for HR business partners,
employee relations, HR policies and procedure administration, regulatory compliance, HR Service
Center, HR shared services and HR Consulting. Serves as HR leader conduit, frequently partnering
with administration, senior leadership team, HR departments, and all divisions system-wide to meet
strategic business needs of the organization. Oversees regulatory compliance of HR standards in
accordance with accreditation guidelines under The Joint Commission; federal laws (DOL, EEOC,
OFCCP, ADA, etc.); and state law. Current priorities include HR policy and procedure re-
