2. Client: Tate & Lyle Inc. (Domain: CPG) Role: Program Manager
a) Successfully delivered the phase II of the large transformation project with the team of over 35
resources onsite and 40+ resources offshore (Duration: 13 months, Budget $9M). The project involved
the global template redesign and roll-out to NA and EMEA. Key responsibilities included project
PMO setup, governance, facilitate requirements and design sessions, project plans, tracking

a) Implementation of the Legal Entity Rationalization in SAP. This involved the reorganization of
ULTA business into 2 legal entities i.e. Management and the retail company. The project involved the
redesign of multitude of complex business processes, heavy configurations and development effort,

b) Implementation of the ‘Centralized Returns’ and rewards enhancements using the SAP product
Triversity for the POS systems and its roll-out to 550 stores nationwide. (Budget-$2.4M, Team size-
